Terms of Service

Overview

These terms govern your use of southshorepetphotography.com and any photography services provided by South Shore Pet Photography, located at 83 E Water St Unit E328, Rockland, MA 02370. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Session Booking

• Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or written agreement
• The client is responsible for providing accurate information about their pet's temperament, health, and any special needs prior to the session
• South Shore Pet Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or pet welfare

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit
• Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability
• Memory sessions are given priority scheduling and cancellation policies may be waived at our discretion

Pet Safety & Liability

• The client is responsible for their pet's behavior and safety during the session
• Pets must be on a leash or in an appropriate carrier unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Leashes are removed during post-processing
• South Shore Pet Photography is not liable for injury to any person or pet during a session
• The client agrees to disclose any known behavioral issues, health conditions, or aggression history prior to the session

Image Delivery & Usage

• Edited images are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of the session
• Clients receive a personal use license for all delivered images — printing, sharing, and personal display
• Commercial use of images requires separate written agreement
• South Shore Pet Photography retains copyright of all images and may use them for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing
• Raw or unedited files are not provided

Products & Prints

• All product orders are final once submitted to the print lab
• Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no charge
• Color variations between screen display and printed products are normal and not grounds for a refund

Website Use

The content of this website — including all photographs, text, and design — is the property of South Shore Pet Photography and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

South Shore Pet Photography's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
